Clinical Study Connect
Plain-language explanations of the clinical research behind health supplement ingredients. We translate the science so you can make informed decisions.
What You Will Find Here
Every day, clinical studies are published about the ingredients found in health supplements — vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts, mushrooms, adaptogens, and more. These studies are buried in medical journals, written in technical language, and locked behind paywalls. We believe the people who take these ingredients deserve to understand the research behind them.
Clinical Study Connect does three things:
- Finds relevant clinical studies — peer-reviewed research, clinical trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses on supplement ingredients
- Explains what they found — study design, population, dose, duration, outcomes, limitations, and funding in plain language
- Shows the full picture — what the evidence supports, what it does not, where findings conflict, and what remains unknown
We do not sell supplements. We do not promote products. We connect you to the research and help you understand it.

Our Standards
Clinical Study Connect is an independent research resource. We do not accept sponsored content or paid ingredient features.
